the pools were clean and large, they had plenty of sunbeds. i find the room to be nice. the gardens look neat and got a good maintenance, made the place beautiful.
the buffet food was not great, it lacked variety, especially for british tastes. there wasnt water readily available. the drinks are average, i wanted a little more.

My recent visit was great. the cleaning service was prompt. They changed towels daily and always ensured a fresh water supply. i found that the internet coverage was consistently strong throughout the entire resort, made staying connected easy.
despite many positives, i did encounter a minor issue. the music selection around the pools repeated often. a bit more variety in the playlists would certainly add to the overall atmosphere.

i found a wide range of food available, with plenty of snack areas and bars. the staff consistently provided excellent service. chef zaki fatih was especially helpful, ensuring meals met my preferences.

The room was quite large, and the bed offered really good comfort. air conditioning worked efficiently non-stop. This maintained a consistently pleasant environment inside. i enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms as well.

The hotel enjoys a really good location. the beach and the sea were accessible in less than three minutes on foot. a pontoon offered access to the coral reef. It provided a great spot for snorkeling.

The hotel featured multiple pools and activities to suit various tastes. i found the animation team engaging. abi, elina, vlad, and alex included me and my family in the activities. They helped us feel very welcome.

the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes i also saw a dedicated kids' club offering various supervised activities the main buffet offered a good variety of food i especially enjoyed fresh seafood there.
my room had limited available plugs for charging devices.

I appreciate the cleanliness I saw at the hotel. Grounds staff kept everything very well maintained. The staff were attentive, always available to mix any cocktail desired. The passionfruit mojito stood out. Evening entertainment offered variety. I found the terrace singers particularly excellent. Snorkeling off the jetty was great. Lifeguards provided assurance.
i felt that being able to visit more than one à la carte restaurant per visit would be an IMPROVEMENT.
